Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest likewise known by Toei's own English title The Strongest Guy in the World, is a 1990 Japanese vivified sci-fi hand to hand fighting film and the second component motion picture in the Dragon Ball Z establishment. It was initially discharged in Japan on March 10 between scenes 39 and 40 of DBZ, at the "Toei Manga Matsuri" film celebration alongside the second Akuma-kun motion picture (Welcome To Devil Land) and the 1990 motion picture form of Sally the Witch.
