The Piccolo Jr. Saga otherwise called the 23rd Tenka-Ichi Budoukai Saga " The 23rd Number One Under Heaven Martial Arts Gathering Arc " is the last adventure of the first Dragon Ball anime. The manga volumes that it is comprised of are the second piece of "Paradise And Earth", "The Titanic Tournament", and "Goku versus Piccolo". This adventure covers Goku's preparation with Kami, and the World Martial Arts Tournament against Piccolo Jr., the rebirth of King Piccolo. The Piccolo Jr. Adventure pursues the King Piccolo Saga and goes before the Raditz Saga. This adventure circulated in Japan in 1988 and 1989.
